Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love what you receive! If an item doesn't fit your desire, you may initiate a return for a refund at our return center.
Return must be initiated within 14 days of placing the order & received by us in their original condition, within 21 days of placing the order.
- Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners attached, and in their original packaging. Free of makeup, stains, and/or strong scents. We kindly ask that you try on your new garments without makeup or perfume.
- Refund: You may choose to return for either a refund to your original method of payment or for store credit. We currently do not process exchanges.
- Return Label: We provide a return label. If you chose to return for store credit, the return label fee is on us. In case a refund is requested - the label cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Policy: Garments showing signs of wear, and/or do not meet the conditions above, and/or returned outside the 14-day policy window will not be refunded.
